Masturbation is the erotic stimulation of one's own sex organs, usually to the point of orgasm. The act involves the touching, pressing, rubbing, or massaging of a person's genital area and can incorporate one or more partners (mutual masturbation) serving as foreplay before sex. Referred to as wanking, jerking off, getting off and other terms in popular culture, it often extends to not just the vagina and penis/scrotum, but as well to the anus, prostate, nipples and any number of other erogenous zones to elicit arousal.
