Fisting is an extreme sexual activity that involves the insertion of an entire hand into the vagina or rectum and requires plenty of lubrication. It can be performed alone but is usually done with a partner. Over time it has been practiced by women and men alike. Once the fist is inserted, fingers can remain clenched in a fist or straighten out. Popular techniques of fisting are the "silent duck" (duck billing), and "punching" (punchfisting).
